Things You May Be Curious About
Are concert tickets included in the retreat price?
Guests are responsible for purchasing their own tickets. You’re welcome to attend either show night, both, or neither—there’s no requirement to have a ticket in order to attend the retreat. That said, we highly encourage last-minute ticket seekers to stay open—many attendees on this tour have had success finding great seats closer to the date.
What happens after I express interest via the form?
Filling out the interest form is the first step. After that, we'll schedule a brief one-on-one chat in whatever format works best for you—whether that's a quick phone call, zoom, or voice note exchange—just to make sure our intentions and energies are aligned. This retreat is deeply personal and intentionally designed, so it's important to ensure that everyone attending is a good fit for the space we’re creating together. If it feels like a match, you'll receive a PayPal invoice with payment details.
How do I pay for the retreat?
Once we’ve connected and confirmed that it’s a mutual fit, you’ll receive an invoice via PayPal. PayPal allows for a variety of payment options—including major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal Credit for those who want to pay over time. We aren’t personally offering payment plans, but using PayPal gives you the flexibility to choose the option that works best for you. PayPal also makes it easy for international guests to pay, so you're welcome to join us from anywhere in the world.
What if I can’t stay for the whole retreat?
That’s totally okay! But please note that pricing is the same whether you’re able to stay the whole time or not. This retreat is intentionally designed to help us prepare and recover—physically, emotionally, spiritually—from the Cowboy Carter experience. These shows are more than concerts; they’re energetic portals. And it’s up to us to arrive at the two most important shows of the tour as the most present, well-rested, and joyful versions of ourselves.
Are dietary needs accommodated?
Yes! Meals will be designed with inclusivity in mind, and we’re happy to accommodate allergies, preferences, and dietary restrictions. Please let us know your needs when you register so we can plan accordingly.
Can I skip an activity?
Absolutely. While we’ve built a schedule we’re really excited about, all activities are optional. Whether you need downtime, solo rest, or want to opt out of something like horseback riding, you’re welcome to choose what works for you. (And for the horse-lovers: even if you don't want to ride, the visit itself can still be a therapeutic and grounding experience.)
What’s the alcohol policy?
This retreat includes optional cocktails as part of select events, but alcohol will never be the focus. Non-alcoholic options will always be available, and no one will be pressured to drink. This is a welcoming, inclusive space, and we want everyone to feel comfortable and safe.
Can I make suggestions to help shape the retreat?
Yes, please! We love co-creating. If you have an idea for an activity, playlist, or experience that would make the weekend more joyful, feel free to share.
Will there be structured downtime?
Yes. Rest is a key pillar of this retreat. There will be a balance between planned group activities and free time to do your own thing. Whether that means taking a nap, swimming, listening to music, yoga, scrolling on TikTok, or taking a walk in the nearby park, you're encouraged to listen to your body and do what you need to feel nourished.
Is this a party trip or a wellness retreat?
This retreat is not about hustle or over-scheduling. We prioritize joy, rest, beauty, and intentional community. There will be laughter, dancing, moments of reflection, and plenty of time to turn up or turn inward depending on how you're feeling.
Can I come if I have accessibility needs?
Yes. This retreat is intentionally designed by a neurodivergent host, and we value communication, flexibility, and mutual care. If you have specific accessibility needs—whether physical, sensory, or social—let us know when you register so we can work with you to make sure you're supported.
Can I bring a friend or partner?
Yes, absolutely. If you're traveling with someone, just note that when you express interest via the form so we can coordinate room assignments.
What’s the cancellation policy?
Because space is limited and planning is personalized, all sales are final. However, if something comes up and you can’t make it, we’ll do our best to help you transfer your spot to someone else if there's a waitlist. We appreciate your understanding in helping us create a smooth and intentional experience for all guests.
How old do I have to be to attend?
All retreat participants must be 21 or older.
Is transportation included?
Transportation to and from the airport is not included in the retreat price. However, optional airport shuttle add-ons may be available depending on arrival timing and interest. We’ll also coordinate ride-sharing when possible to make things smoother for everyone.
Will there be any animals at the retreat?
Yes! Pharaoh—a hypoallergenic, non-shedding Goldendoodle and trained service animal—will be present throughout the weekend. He’s friendly, calm, and a proud member of the Beyhive. Pharaoh grew up in Houston, has watched nearly every Beyoncé film, and has listened to Cowboy Carter hundreds of times. His nickname is Stink (feel free to tell him to “fuck it up”), and his favorite line is “give me a kiss big daddy you so pretty”—ask him and he just might oblige. By the time of the retreat, he’ll have visited nine countries, including Cowboy Carter Tour stops like New York, Paris, and London. While he is the host's service dog, Pharaoh often offers comfort and grounding energy to others. If you have the right vibe, he may just become a highlight of your weekend. By attending the retreat, you acknowledge that Pharaoh is part of the space and community.
Is the spa day included? (Las Vegas Only)
The group spa day is an optional add-on — you’ll choose your own treatments based on what feels best for your body and budget, but we will provide transportation and bookings for you in advance.
Can I get a tattoo at the retreat? (Las Vegas Only)
Yes! Our in-house artist, Elva Stefanie, will offer small Cowboy Carter-themed tattoos one afternoon. This is totally optional. You will pay her directly based on the size and complexity of your design.
Who’s behind this retreat and what makes them qualified to host it?
This retreat is led by Nina Ottaviano, a lifelong Beyoncé fan, seasoned group travel planner, and full-time digital nomad. Nina’s journey with Beyoncé began at age six, when her dad brought home a bootleg copy of The Writing’s on the Wall. By the time of these retreats, Nina will have had the privilege to witness Beyoncé perform live more than 30 times.

Nina has nearly two decades of experience organizing thoughtful, joy-centered group experiences. Like Beyoncé, Nina is deeply detail-oriented, sensitive to energy and sensory environments, and hyperfocused on creating experiences that feel right. She shares Bey’s love of lights, rituals, and routine, as well as a desire to offer others a transcendent experience.

Nina lived in Houston for three years—visiting and connecting with many of the locations featured in the itinerary—and has spent her life returning to Las Vegas annually. Every part of this experience, from the playlists to the pacing, is crafted to support not just what participants do, but how they want to feel—before, during, and after seeing Beyoncé.

This retreat is built from love, lived experience, and the belief that preparing to see Beyoncé should be just as powerful and affirming as the show itself.
